Weaf HR is a human resource and payroll platform for a company and its staff.
The welcome page is served at the root of the application and is the only screen a visitor sees before deciding whether to register.
Weaf HR is multi-company.
Sign-in is reached from Login in the header, or directly at /login.
Every screen in the application is built from the same frame, and almost every screen inside that frame is the same kind of list.
Before anyone can use the system, they need a way in and a set of permissions.
Everything else in the system hangs off the structure set up here, so it is worth getting right before employees are added.
The employee record is the centre of the system.
Leave is set up in three layers and then used in one.
Attendance answers whether someone was at work.
Payroll is built from the bottom up: components describe the parts of a pay packet, each employee is given a salary structure made of those components, and a payroll run applies the whole thing to a period and produces payslips.
Recruitment runs end to end here: you describe the job, publish it, collect candidates, interview them, record what the interviewers thought, make an offer, and onboard whoever accepts.
Appraisal is made repeatable by defining what you measure before you measure it: categories group the indicators, indicators carry units and targets, and cycles set the rhythm.
A programme is a course; a session is one delivery of it; an employee training is one person's place on it.
Company property is tracked here, together with who holds it and what it is now worth.
Contract types describe the kinds of agreement you offer, templates hold the wording, and employee contracts are the agreements actually in force.
This module holds company documents and, importantly, proof that people have read them.
Meetings are scheduled, attended, minuted and — the part that matters afterwards — turned into action items with owners and due dates.
An employment is not static.
The remaining pages configure the system itself rather than the people in it.
Weaf HR can be driven by other software.
Every page reached from the sidebar, with the module it belongs to and the number of records present on the demonstration company at the time of capture.
